Welcome to Roanoke's Online Payment Center.
Roanoke has contracted with Official Payments Inc., to process your payment online. Official Payments will collect your payment information using a secure server, process your credit card payment, issue a confirmation number for your records and transmit the information to the City Treasurer.
To pay online you must:
  1. Have a capable web browser: Internet Explorer version 4.0 or higher, or Netscape version 4.0 or higher.
  2. Have a valid credit card: Visa, MasterCard, or Discover/Novus .
  3. Fill out all the required information as denoted by a *.

For information about your bill call the city Treasurer's Office at 853-2561. For customer service assistance with credit card payments call Official Payments Inc., toll-free 1-888-357-8394. Customer Service representatives are available Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time Zone.
